The most supportive experiences of supervision I have had have come from collaborative relationships which encourage my growth as a practitioner and I aim to offer this at the core of my supervisory practice.
I’m a psychotherapeutic counsellor offering supervision to both individuals and groups, working towards my Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Supervision. I’m passionate about supporting counsellors and therapists in their professional development, offering a supportive space where you can reflect, explore challenges, and nurture your growth.

You might be looking for additional supervision to compliment your current supervisory relationship/s, alternative supervision that offers fresh perspectives or you may be a trainee looking for support in your placement client work or newly established independent practice and beyond.
Either way, I can offer you a collaborative space to encourage your growth as a practitioner and keep your clients at the heart of the work we do.
I work in line with the NCPS Supervision Good Practice Guidance and the BACP Supervision Competence Framework, providing a strong foundation for safe, ethical, and professional supervision.

My supervisory approach is developmental and relational, providing ethically-informed and emotionally-attuned support wherever you are at in your stage of practice.
I’m informed by the seven-eyed model alongside both cyclical and functional supervisory models.
My therapeutic approach draws on humanistic, relational and psychodynamic modalities. This means I can tailor our supervision sessions to suit your needs, working collaboratively and creatively to support you to feel confident and reflective in your practice.
Feel free to contact me to arrange in initial meeting to discuss your needs from supervision and whether I am the right supervisor to support you.
You can also call me on 078 9665 4115 if you would prefer to leave a message or speak to me first. I am happy to discuss any queries or questions you may have prior to arranging an initial appointment.
All enquires are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services.
